I Hail From Narnia!

This is my first night at my new pad! Woohoo. The internet is not up yet. So shhhh... I am mooching on my new neighbors' wireless network. I'm a moocher!

I am thoroughly, thoroughly tuckered out. Can you see a pole next to my bed? That is for the string curtains partitioning my bed from the study area. Out of sight, out of mind! This way, I am hoping that by not seeing the bed, I will be less tempted to snooze when I am working, ho ho.

I have been up on my feet since 8 in the morning, packing stuff into the boxes, directing movers, grousing to my brother, enduring the hugest dust bunnies, etc. My poor brother, albeit with the help of CS, had to make several trips to and fro.

In the late afternoon, when I arrived at the new place, I had to start the whole process of unpacking! Can I just say this is the most redundant thing ever?! I spent the whole bloody morning packing stuff in, and now I have to demolish the very work I have done in the morning by unpacking the contents out.

Thus, I had to give netball a miss and concentrate on clearing the mess. I have no idea that the tiny wardrobe in my old place could hold so much crap. I swear that wardrobe is from Narnia. It has a bottomless pit, my friend. I have filled up the entire wardrobe in the new place (which is twice its size) but there are still clothing in my old wardrobe I have to bring over! I must really explore this magical phenomenon. Perhaps, I might even discover a door that leads to Narnia or other magical kingdom! Hmm.

Mister Toto looks traumatized by the whole moving process. Firstly, he is confused by the absence of his snack cupboard. Then, he looked lost when he realized the new bed has no under-side for him to delve into. He has been whining for some time but finally tire out and fell asleep. The poor boy.

Oh, we will all get used to this, won't we?

Heh. Thought the partitioning should assist you from not thinking about your work when you're asleep?

You're supposed to be hardworking k! =P

Your cousin explained to me the intricate details of how the lamps were fixed, etc.

I must say your room looks the best.
